Q: What type of hair does Jolie Frizz use?
A: Jolie Frizz extensions are made from 100% virgin human hair and are steam processed to achieve their curl pattern. Each bundle is double-drawn for fullness from root to tip and designed to blend with natural curly and coily textures.
Q: Will the hair match my texture?
A: Our collection is crafted to blend with a range of curl patterns from 3A to 4C. Not sure which texture is right for you? Reach out — we’re happy to help.
Q: Can I reuse the extensions?
A: Yes. With proper care and storage, your extensions can last up to 12 months or longer.
Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored or lightened, though we always recommend working with a licensed professional and testing a small strand first.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does processing and shipping take?
A:
Wefts: 2–5 business days for processing + 2–5 business days for shipping (via DHL Express)
Clip-ins: 1–2 weeks for processing (custom made) + 2–5 business days for shipping

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is $5.99.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center via DHL Express.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay (buy now pay later)
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because our products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your details before checking out.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to assist at customersupport@joliefrizzhair.com
Hair Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I care for the hair?

Q: What should I do when I’m not wearing the hair?
A: Store your extensions in the original Jolie Frizz box or a satin bag to maintain curl pattern and reduce tangling.
